Jointed Rail is no longer taking support requests via our regular email, sales at jointedrail dot com. What we have done is added a helpdesk system. This will allow us to serve support requests in a much quicker fashion. To visit our new helpdesk simply go to our homepage and select the "INFO" menu and scroll all the way to the bottom to "HELPDESK". We will try to have these tickets solved and closed within 48 hours of your initial report. There are too many emails that we are not receiving from our customers, and this helpdesk should help to solve the communication breakdown in the support area.
You must be logged in to visit the helpdesk and submit a ticket.

Jointed Rail is announcing it is no longer offering support for TRS versions 2004 and below. Our content may still work with these versions, however we are not going to be releasing any updates or be making any backdated content. As of January 1, 2011 we will no longer offer support for TRS version 2006 and below, at this time our content will be for TRS version 2009 and up. We look forward to bringing you the latest, most efficent content this simulator has to offer. Please check back with us often, as we update on a regular basis.
