Helm Financial Corporation is a privately held railcar and locomotive leasing company headquartered in San Francisco, California. Established in 1980, Helm is well into its third decade of providing quality rail equipment and excellent service to our customers.

What began as a railcar brokerage operation has grown into North America's largest privately held fleet of rail equipment, and a market leader in locomotive leasing. Majority interest in the firm is held by k1 Ventures Limited, a publicly traded Singapore corporation and the largest independent private equity vehicle in Singapore. Additional interest is held by the management of Helm Financial Corporation.
