Very well deserved pat on the back to the creater of this, and the other GP7/9 units… excellent work, and so nice to use.

I like this locomotive a lot. It wears a beautiful paint scheme, the sounds are nice, and the ability to turn the engine on and off is something very rare in Trainz.
That being said, it does have a few issues. The engine’s specs are a bit off – when driving in DCC Mode it takes off like a jackrabbit, though when in Realistic Mode this issue doesn’t show up. The horn and bell also don’t seem to follow the rules of the Doppler effect at all – they stay at the same pitch, whether the locomotive is in front of you or passing you.
Overall, I would recommend this if you’re an SN fan or just a fan of the paint scheme, and regardless of the issues, this locomotive is still a very solid product.
