The C40-9W – Primer is a very detailed locomotive, and as with any JR Dash 9, has a very good cab interior. The three skins on this locomotive are done well. This is a nice addition to anyone’s NS fleet, especially if your going for late 1990’s and early 2000’s.

This is definitely worth five stars. From the model itself to the tiniest of details. I’d give it a sixth star for the sense of nostalgia this brings considering that seeing the primer Dash-9s was common when I was little.
