Overall Great locomotive, but I’d have to give it a couple of stars off because of the lack of a correct cab. It’s just one of my pet peeves about Trainz locomotives, this is especially true due to the fact that there are custom cab ACEs on the DLS for free.

That is correct. You may apply the cabs to these if you wish. Keep in mind this pack is over 10 years old and some items did not exist when it arrived.
